leaders retreat 09/10

over the past three days, the leaders of amp came together & enjoyed a few days away from the world and just tuned into God. we had an overview of team ministry, how to cultivate good teams, the divine call of leadership, growing in influence, being a better leader, sharing our personal challenges of being a leader & sharing on the one person that impacted us the most... twas a great time listening to the sharings that the senior leaders came out with...

i personally felt that we got a taste of what connect groups would be... as some of us came together to share our thoughts of what mattered most to us... life was shared as we dug deep in our hearts... something deep came outta one another and was poured into the heart of another... wat a invigorating experience!!

so awfully blessed to be serving with this group of anointed, seasoned & up-and-coming leaders... exciting stuff coming up, peeps! keep your eyes peeled for it! i am pretty sure that God is going to bring about greater things in this community!!! thanks for reading :)

p/s: just wanna give a shout out to the leaders who made this retreat a huge SUCCESS! thankew leo & cass, don, josie, iggy & master for planning & executing the entire programme with such attention to detail & for making the bbq possible despite the huge downpours... it was a weekend that i truly enjoyed and not to mention the sharings of your leadership experiences so openly w us!! wat a blessing to spend three days together growing as a community! i know i speak for everyone when i say u all really did an awesome job of getting it all tog! last of all, thankew Jesus for speaking to each one of us! love u much!
